Protected areas are open to the influence of natural and anthropogenic factors. A consensus should be made between the different owners, consumers and interested parties in order to preserve the bio-diversities; functions and values of general benefit, and to ensure sustainable usage of these resources by man. The process includes describing the current condition of the protected areas, determining goals and taking necessary actions to accomplish these goals.
