Organization units of the management office are described according to the “Book of Rules on Internal Organization and Order” of Kopački rit Nature Park. Some of the units are:
Director's Office
Administrative and expert affairs; protocol affairs; affairs related to public relations resources; contacts and communication with the authorities of the state administration, local government and other legal or natural persons are conducted in the director's office.
The director is responsible for the establishment and achievement of a suitable internal organization; an efficient work organization; quality results in fulfilling the protection, preservation and promotion program of the Nature Park, and coordinating tasks within the internal organization units.

Expert-protection activities, maintenance and preservation department of the Nature Park
The department deals with expert-activities concerning the protection, maintenance, preservation, and utilization of the Nature Park. Their main tasks are to elaborate and implement the protection, maintenance, preservation, utilization, and promotion program of Kopački rit; to monitor landscape conditions, living and non-living species; to do research in Kopački rit; to take account of the capital investments in the Nature Park concerning protection, maintenance, preservation and usage; and other appropriate expert activities.
The expert-manager leads the activities concerning the Nature Park's protection, maintenance, preservation, and utilization and is responsible for achieving these activities on an expert level.

Supervision Department
The department supervises the Nature Park according to the Environmental Protection Act, the “Book of Rules on Internal Organization and Order” of Kopački rit Nature Park and other specific regulations. The department maintains appropriate administrative procedures for the purpose of supervision enforcement and takes measures, regulated by law, against individuals that violate the Act or Book of Rules on Internal Organization and Order.

Department for presentation activities
The department deals with the presentation and promotion of the Nature Park in the country and abroad, organizes and maintains guiding and the reception of visitors; organizes tourist and recreational activities; organizes and supervises presentational activities, obtains resources from donors, organizes expert counseling; symposiums; cultural and educational meetings.
